I came accross this pretty cool widget for Chumby called ‘Light Synthe’. It is a screen saver, and the ’stars’(?) explote when you touch them. Take a look at the demo here. Pretty cool way to kill some time if you have nothing to do I guess!

I thought I’d look around and create a list all the embedded devices (excluding cell phones) that support Flash Lite. The list is short to be honest, but I am sure there are more. The list is based on my knowledge and public information available and should be of interest to anyone who is tracking the Flash Lite development outside of mobile world.  I will keep adding to this list as I find more devices.

I came accross Scott Janouek’s presentation on how to create widgets for Chumby online. You can download it here. The site for some reason does not allow you to download it, but nevertheless, its a good source for someone looking to develop Flash Lite games for Chumby.

There is a great presentation available from Scott Janousek on developing Flash Lite widgets for Chumby. Chumby as you know is an innovative device that comes with Flash Lite. Chumby has provided developers with several facilities to enable application development and is gaining in popularity. In fact they just got $12.5 million in funding.
