Playoo, a mobile game community, has announced a program for up and coming Flash Lite developers. They are promising to pay cash for good ideas received from the developers.

From their post:

“One of the main objectives of the PDP is to create a marketplace for Flash Lite game developers to sell games to buyers.  For now, the only buyer is Playyoo itself, but this will change as we start to
introduce 3rd party commercial customers.  In order to get things going, we’re running a pilot programme where we are requesting proposals for a game on a specific theme every week. We’re paying €300 for each delivered game. So far we’re in week 3, and it’s going pretty well.

One of the nice things is seeing just how quickly developers can respond - using Flash Lite, an entertaining casual mobile game can go from nothing to online in under a week.

We’d really like to build up this initiative. Obviously, it helps us, to get great content, but hopefully it also helps the Flash Lite community, especially people who would like to break in to commercial or semi-commercial development.
